Territory Sales Manager for Southeastern Pennsylvania

　　　

A well-established school furniture and equipment company is seeking an aggressive, self-starter who has a proven track record in sales and is an effective communicator both in writing and speech. The territory encompasses twelve counties. Travel is necessary with own vehicle. Mileage rate is included in the employment package.

Compensation is in the form of a draw against commission with bonus when sales goal is met. Travel and business expenses are reimbursed. Benefits include: seventy-five percent of medical insurance premium company paid, dental and life insurance is 100% company paid. Profit sharing plan is also offered.

Candidate will be meeting with school district personnel who make purchasing decisions for individual schools as well as entire districts. Some projects may require meeting with architects or design professionals. A well-groomed and professional appearance is expected. Time management and self-organizational skills as well as the ability to function without micro-management are needed. A four year degree or experience commensurate with the position is necessary.

Computer skills and use of office software programs are mandatory.
